Awards & Recognitions

  • We addressed the challenge of gender health equity by focusing on how cities are often designed with equality, but not equity in mind, which can negatively impact women's health. Our solution provides women with easier access to suitable toiletry facilities, improving their mental, physical, and reproductive health.

  • Two projects (Seedbank Studios & Social Design Manifesto) were recognised as outstanding by faculty and selected for presentation at the Royal College of Arts to visitors from Utrecht University of the Arts.

  • Recipient of the Logitech Scholarship for my MA Service Design course at the Royal College of Art.

  • Award for Outstanding achievement within my degree from the University of Derby

  • My final major project at the University of Derby (The Worry Woods) selected for Cathedral exhibition with three other students

  • School of Arts Research publication for my dissertation - "Suffrage Illustration; An Analysis of British Print Media’s Influence During the Militancy Era (1903-1918)"

  • URSS Project selected for presentation with local authorities to help tackle levelling up and the damage done to Derby through austerity

  • Undergraduate Research Scholarship Scheme awarded for my Data led exhibition

  • Illustration visualising issues that surround a global lack of press freedom selected for exhibition and symposium

  • Social Design project in Bakewell selected for presentation with the University of Derby Enterprise Centre
